1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Invoicely ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Invoicely is a cloud-based invoicing and billing platform that allows you to create, send, and manage invoices, track payments, and manage business finances. The Service includes AI-powered features for invoice creation, expense categorization, and business analytics.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not use the Service to send fraudulent invoices, engage in money laundering, or conduct any form of financial fraud.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create using the Service, including invoices, client information, and financial records. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Invoicely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, then permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
